The Church- the church is on the top of the social pyramid, mostly because it uses its power to manipulate citizens. The pope and other people in the organization of the church would tell other if they gave gifts that the church would give them a place in heaven, but if they didn't they would go to hell. Realistically everyone knows that only god judges where you're going to spend you after life. The church gives out land to the king/queen,but receives money from taxes and knights for protection.
The Monarchy- The king/queen ruled everything in the kingdom. They can give orders to the military. He is on the top of the pyramid. He can pass his position down to his son and give him the kingdom and power when he dies.
The Nobles/Land Lords- The nobles were the land lords. They were usually retired military service workers or knights. They were extremely wealthy, from the taxes and and land they received. They hired serfs to take care of their land and labor for them. Serfs usually had no home and did this labor so they can get food, protection, land, and a village because the outside world was very dangerous in the dark ages.
Villains- the villains were similar to the middle/working class today. They are the people who gave services to the people in the manor mostly the nobles/manor lord. The occupation usually were craftsmen, shoe makers, and bakers etc.
Serfs- the serfs were people who came to live in the nobles/land lord's property in exchange for their work and labor on the land. They would work very hard all day, but they got food, protection, and a place to live. They worked very hard for the nobles.
